discount. big time! id be pissed
They sure as heck aren’t doing repairs WHILE I’m in the room! I’d raise holy heck, and demand another room – like kind and quality, OR BETTER, at no additional cost.
If you’re paying for a room, it should be in decent shape when you show up.
Just my opinion, it’s not a true insurance question.
